Agreement to Terms

Welcome to FullServe Quincy Tree Services. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are provided by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

Service availability and pricing may vary based on location, project scope, and seasonal demand. We provide free estimates for most projects. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Booking and Scheduling

When you book a service with us, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and the work needed. We will schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. While we make every effort to arrive during your scheduled window, tree work can be affected by weather, equipment issues, or previous job delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a service fee if our crew has already been dispatched.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. All deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees. If payment becomes significantly overdue, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Property Access and Liability

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes clear pathways and disclosure of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards. We carry full liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards you did not disclose.

While we take great care to protect your property, tree work involves heavy equipment and falling debris. Minor lawn damage from equipment is sometimes unavoidable. We will discuss potential risks before starting work and take reasonable precautions to minimize any damage.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Our services are provided as-is. We make no warranties about future tree growth, health outcomes, or that trimming will prevent future storm damage. Tree care is not an exact science, and results can vary.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available for urgent situations like storm damage or trees threatening structures. Emergency rates may be higher than standard rates due to the immediate response required. We will provide an estimate before beginning work whenever possible, but in true emergencies, you authorize us to proceed with necessary work to secure your property.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law.
